Sam is an award-winning Actor, Filmmaker, and Model based out of New York City and Los Angeles.

He has appeared in leading roles in major network television shows, most notably as Ryan Heide on CBS's "Blue Bloods" (2020), Thomas Jefferson on Fox's "Legends and Lies: The Patriots" (2016) and as Charlie Ford on AMC's "The American West"(2016).

Most recently Sam completed work on a handful of films and TV shows as a performer including "Titans: The Rise of Hollywood" (2022), "American Dynasty" (2022), "Wormhole" (2022), "Tim Travers and the Time Traveler's Paradox" (Nevermore Film Festival Award Winner for "Best Actor in a Feature or Short Film": Samuel Dunning, March 2022), "The 44th Chamber of Shaolin" (2022), "Titans: The Rise of Wall Street" (2022), "Central Park" (2022), "Radio Caesium" (2022), and "Empires of Excess" (2022). 

He is also in preproduction on his feature film "Canoe Dig It?", a comedy mockumentary which he wrote and will be directing, producing, and performing in. This following the completion of the feature "The Ones You Didn't Burn" (premiering at Chattanooga Film Festival in June, 2022) which he co-directed/AD'd and performed in as well and his own short horror comedy "Rick and Ruby" (2020) which won multiple awards on its festival run from 2019-2020, also written, produced, and performed by Sam.


Sam has trained extensively at Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop in New York City, quickly advancing to their Master Class. Before that he graduated NYU: Tisch School of the Arts and holds a BFA in Film Production and Direction.

Sam has and continues to work as a print and runway model for top fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Billy Reid, Stetson, and more. 

Originally hailing from Brunswick, Maine, Sam now splits his time between New York City and Los Angeles.
